Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Standard Shipping — 5 to 8 business days Express Shipping — 2 to 3 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Orders over a qualifying threshold may be eligible for free standard shipping — check the site for current promotions. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. International Orders We ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and may be subject to customs processing delays. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. RETURNS We want you to love your Battiq purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions: - Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached - Sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned How to Return To initiate a return, email us at returns@battiq.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. Faulty Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@battiq.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the fault.
